Panel Mould 9/16" - 3

This 9/16" - 3-panel mould measures .562" wide by .406" thickness. The profile is comprised of a 5/16" wide half-round circle attached to a 3/32" horizontal line connected to a 5/32" radius cove with a 3/32" tall vertical line on the thin edge of the detail, the back side rabbet measures 1/8" wide by 1/4" tall. This unique split two custom panel trim profile utilizes fall-off rips of lumber while doubling production in half the time. Caution: The blades will come within .013" of the machine bed plates when cutting this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these milling operations. For safety concerns, we strongly suggest an anti-kickback device for your machinery before attempting milling procedures involving splitting lumber into multiple pieces.

The present-day combined high-speed steel knives & profile template prices are listed below for quoting purposes. On the side knives, we utilize a full 2.375"/60mm cutter head for the rabbet; this allows for multiple axial adjustments on a wide range of patterns.
