Panel Mould 9/16"

This 9/16" panel mould measures .562" wide by .437" thickness. The profile comprises a 7/16" wide half-round circle attached to a 1/16" wide horizontal line connected to a 5/32" radius cove with a 1/8" tall vertical line on the thin edge of the design, the back side rabbet measures 1/8" wide by 1/4" tall. Utilize fall-off rips of lumber while doubling production in half the amount of time with this unique split-two profile.

Caution: When cutting this detail, the blades will come within .012" of the machine bed plates. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these milling operations. For safety concerns, we strongly suggest an anti-kickback device for your machinery before attempting milling procedures involving splitting lumber into multiple pieces.
