Panel Moulding 2-1/2" - 11

This beautiful panel moulding 2-1/2" - 11 measures 2.500" wide by 1.187" tall, the machining dimensions are 2.583" wide by .750" thickness. The detail is milled sprung (laying horizontally flat,) to minimize production cost enabling the pattern to be milled from four quarter lumber. The custom profile is composed of a deep sloping two tangent radius cyma reversa in the center, flanked by a 1/8" wide line segment and a 11/64" cove on the left side, the opposite side consists of a thumbnail shaped bead joined to a 5/32" wide line with a 9/64" cove, leaving a 1/8" thickness dimension on the right side of the design.

This cad generated dxf file contains three skillfully drafted template designs for producing knives for this creative panel molding. All our innovative profiles have a proven unbroken computer numerical control (CNC) tool path expediting the production process.
