Panel Moulding 2-3/8"

This decorative panel moulding 2-3/8" measures 2.375" wide by 1.125" thickness, requiring at least five quarter lumber to mill this pattern on a industrial molder. The multi tiered profile is comprised of a 7/8" wide half round circle flanked by 3/16" wide horizontal lines on top, attached to a 5/16" wide congee made from a 1/8" cove on the left. The opposite side has a 1/8" vertical step that joins to a splayed face bevel with a 1/4" wide straight line, attached to a 3/16" deep by 1/4" wide notch leaving a 3/16" thickness dimension on the small side of the design. The backside rabbet measures 1/4" wide by 3/8" tall but can be adjusted axially to any desired height.
