Panel Moulding 2-3/16"

This custom panel moulding 2-3/16" measures 2.187" wide by 1.187" thickness enabling the pattern to be milled from six quarter lumber. The designer profile is comprised of a 5/8" wide half-circle attached to a 1/16" wide horizontal line with a 7/64" cove on the left side, connected to a 1/8" wide straight line joined to a two tangent radius scotia, merged with a 7/32" wide raised fillet and small cyma recta on the thin side of the design. The rabbet on the backside measures 5/16" wide by 3/4" tall; it is adjustable in height with a simple axial adjustment on the left cutter head.

Caution; the cutters will come within .020" of the machine bed plates when milling this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate be used for these types of milling operations.
