Panel Moulding 2-5/32"

This intricate panel moulding 2-5/32" measures 2.156" wide by 1-7/16" tall when installed. The profile is milled sprung (laying horizontally flat when manufactured,) the milling dimension are 1-23/64" wide by 15/16" thickness. The pattern is comprised of a thumbnail shaped half round arc on top, flanked by small horizontal lines with eased edges, connected to a deep scotia with a 5/16" radius ovolo on the thin side of the design, the back side rabbet measures 3/4" tall by 1/4" wide.

This cad generated dxf file contains three skillfully drafted template designs for creating knives for this creative panel moulding. All our innovative profiles have a proven unbroken cnc (computer numerical control) tool path expediting the production process.
