This large 2-1/4" - 8 panel mould measures 2.250" in width by 1.406" in thickness, requiring a 2-1/2" wide blank of six-quarter lumber for milling on a commercial moulder. The concave profile contains a 5/16" radius convex arc with a 5/64" horizontal fillet above the 3/16" wide by 1-3/32" tall rabbet for the panel. The short line connects to a two-tangent radius concave semicircle in the center with a 25/64" broad half-circle on the design's right edge.
