This colonial panel mould 2-1/16" - 5 comprises a graceful down-sloping two tangent radius cyma reversa on the top center. It's connected to a 25/64" wide half bead flanked by 9/64" fillets and a 5/32" radius cong'e with a 3/64" eased edge on the right side of the design. The backside rabbet measures 1/4" wide by 1/2" tall; this area is adjustable to any specific needs. The pattern measures 2.062" in width by .750" in thickness. The recommended rough wood rip size using four-quarter lumber is 2-5/16" wide.
The present-day combined high-speed steel knives & profile template prices are listed below for quoting purposes. On the left set of blades, we utilize a full 2.375"/60mm cutter head for the rabbet; this allows for multiple axial adjustments on a wide range of patterns.
