Panel Moulding 2-1/16" - 1

This lavish panel molding 2-1/16" - 1, measures 2.062" across by 1.312" thickness, requiring the use of six quarter lumber for milling on an industrial molder. The custom-designed profile consists of a 7/32" broad flat line on the top left, connected to a 47/64" half-round convex bead with a 1/4" full line segment in the center, attached to a 5/8" radius cavetto with a 1/8" drop-in elevation. That portion connects to a 1/4" quarter round bead on the right side of the design. The backside rabbet measures 1/4" wide by 3/4" tall; this area is adjustable to any specific needs.
