Panel Mould 2" - 1

This beautiful 2" - 1 panel mould is milled sprung, laying horizontally flat to minimize lumber cost as well as provide excellent hold-down condition during the machining process. The finished profile measures 2.000" wide by 1.171" tall. The milling dimensions are 2.179" wide by .719" thickness, be sure to rip lumber blanks 1/4" over the milling dimensions, not the finished dimension or you will have trouble milling the detail. The ornate profile comprises a series of coves, half-round circles, small congee, horizontal and verticals lines all working in unison to create this lovely panel molding design, the rabbet dimension is 1/2" wide by 3/4" tall.
