Panel Moulding 1-15/16" - 5

This creative panel moulding 1-15/16" - 5 measures 1.937" in width by .812" in thickness, requiring 2-3/16" wide blanks of four-quarter lumber for machining with an industrial moulder. The beautiful pattern retains a 1/4" wide by 7/16" tall rabbet for the panel on the left. The top composes a 31/64" convex arc tangent to a 13/16" concave semicircle joined to a slightly angled line in the center. It connects to a 5/16" wide by 3/32" deep perpendicular notch leaving a 13/64" thickness on the design's right edge.
