Panel Moulding 1-7/8" - 16

This ornate panel moulding 1.875" - 16 measures 1.875" wide by 1.125" thickness when installed, the detail is milled sprung (laying horizontally flat,) therefore the milling dimensions are 2.069" wide by .750" thickness, allowing the detail to be milled from four quarter lumber. The striking profile is composed of a 21/64" quarter round arc on the left, connected to a tiny beveled line that joins to a v shaped notch flanked by small fillets on top, attached to a down-sloping arc with a tiny fillet that transitions into a 15/64" cove with a half round bead and a 1/16" eased edge on the right side of the pattern, the rabbet dimension for the panel is 7/8" tall by 1/2" wide.
