This beautiful panel mould 1-13/16" - 9 measures 1.812" wide by .718" thickness. This detail will require four-quarter lumber for milling. The attractive profile is composed of a 7/16" radius arc on top, connected to a 3/64" wide fillet that transitions into a deep sloping 3/16" cove, attached to a thumbnail shaped arc with a 5/64" broad line segment and a two tangent radius cyma recta on the right side of the design, the backside rabbet dimension is 3/16" wide by 13/32" tall.

Caution; the cutters will come within .020" of the machine bed plates when milling this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these milling operations.
