Panel Moulding 1-25/32" - 1

This modest panel moulding 1-25/32" - 1 measures 1.781" wide by .812" thickness, allowing the detail to be machined from four quarter lumber. The lovely profile is composed of a 23/64" radius arc on top, joined to a down-sloping three tangent radius french curve with a 1/4" round-over on the right side of the pattern, the back side rabbet measures 1/4" wide by 7/16" tall.

We recommend a wooden, phenolic or plastic sacrificial bed plate be used for these types of milling operations.
