Panel Mould 1-3/4" - 4

This beautiful 1-3/4" - 4 panel mould measures 1.750" wide by .750" thickness. The lovely profile consists of a two tangent radius cyma reversa, attached to a 7/32" wide half round bead that joins to a 9/32" quarter circle on the thin side of the pattern, the side rabbet measures 1/4" wide by 3/8" tall which is axially adjustable during the milling process. We offer another similar pattern in the same width. Still, with different inner dimensions for your review and consideration, base cap 1.750" - 13. Caution: When milling this detail, the cutters will come within .020" of the machine's bed plates. We recommend using a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these milling operations.
