Panel Mould 1-3/4" - 10

This stylish 1-3/4" - 10 bolection/panel mould measures 1.750" wide by .813" thickness. The attractive profile is comprised of a 5/8" wide half circle joined to an 11/64" wide straight line on the left side, attached to a 9/32" cove in the center that connects to a two tangent radius cyma reversa on the thin side of the design. The back side rabbet measures 3/8" wide by 5/16" tall this can be adjusted axially to your needs. Caution: the blades will come within .020" of the machine bed plates when cutting this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these milling operations. For safety concerns, we strongly suggest an anti-kickback device for your machinery before attempting milling procedures involving splitting lumber into multiple pieces.
