Panel Moulding 1-11/16" - 9

This embellished panel moulding 1-11/16" - 9 measures 1.687" in width by .813" in thickness, allowing 1-15/16" wide blanks of four-quarter lumber for machining on a commercial moulder. The custom profile comprises a 5/32 broad flat line above the 1/4" wide by 7/16" tall rabbet for the panel on the top left. It connects to a 45/64" full half circle with a 1/8" wide by 3/16" deep step in the center. The pattern tapers downward by thirty degrees and attaches to a two-tangent radii elliptical-shaped convex arc on the design's right edge.

Caution: the cutters will come within .020" of the machine bed plates when milling this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these milling operations.
