Panel Mould 1-9/16" - 4

This 1-9/16" - 4 decorative panel mould comprises a 31/64" radius convex arc with a 3/64" eased outer edge on the top left. It connects to a 9/64" flat section merged with a 27/64" concave semicircle in the center. Attached to a 3/64" steep vertical step joined to a two tangent radius quarter round arc on the design's right edge. The pattern measures 1.562" in width by 1.000" in thickness; the rabbet for the panel is 1/4" wide by 3/4" tall. The recommended rough wood rip size using five-quarter lumber is 1-13/16" wide.

Caution: the blades will come within .020" of the machine bed plates when cutting this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these milling operations.
