This Panel Mould 1-9/16" - 2 measures 1.562" wide by .938" thickness, with a .938" depth of cut on the top horizontal set of moulding knives and a 5/16" depth of cut of the left vertical set of moulder cutters. Caution, the moulding knives will come within .020" of the moulder bed plates when milling this detail, we suggest a wooden or phenolic plastic sacrificial bed plate be used for these types of milling operations.

The stylish profile is comprised of a 21/64" radius half-circle, connected to a 5/32" wide horizontal fillet, joined to an 11/32" radius scotia, connected to an 11/64" radius half round bead located on the thin side of the pattern. The back-side rabbet measures 5/16" wide by 1/2" tall; the height of the rabbet can be adjusted axially to any desired size with a simple axial adjustment on the moulder machine.
