This delightful panel moulding 1-1/2" - 58 measures 1.500" in width by 1.250" thickness, requiring a 1-3/4" wide blank of six-quarter lumber for machining on an industrial moulder. The creative profile composes a 1/8" broad flat line joined to a 1/8" quarter round bead above the 1/4" wide by 5/8" tall rabbet for the panel on the top left. It connects to a 5/8" full half round with an additional 1/8" fillet in the center. The short line attaches to a steep downsloping ogee with another 1/8" line segment, leaving a 5/16" thickness on the design's right edge.
