This custom 1-1/2" - 5 panel mould measures 1.500" wide by 1.062" thickness, necessitating the use of five quarter lumber for milling on an industrial molder. The designer profile consists of a 3/4" wide semicircular convex arc, flanked by 1/8" broad line segments on the top left center. Attached to a 3/16" vertical drop in elevation that joins to a two tangent radius s-shaped curvature creating the ogee, leaving a 1/8" thickness dimension on the right side of the design. The backside rabbet measures 3/8" wide by 5/8" tall; this area is adjustable to any specific needs.
