Panel Moulding 1-1/2" - 3

This beautiful panel moulding 1-1/2" - 3 measures 1.500" width by 1.000" thickness, enabling the use of a 1-3/4" wide blank of five-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial moulder. The stylish profile comprises a slightly tapered 9/32" radius half bead on the top left above the 1/4" wide by 11/16" tall rabbet for the panel. The half-round connects to a 7/64" broad horizontal fillet merged with a 39/64" cove in the center. The remaining portion retains a 3/16" half bead with a 7/64" wide line segment, leaving a 3/16" thickness dimension on the design's right side.
