Panel Mould 1-1/2" - 20
This gorgeous 1-1/2" - 20 panel mould measures 1-1/2" wide by 1" thickness. The profile consists of a cyma reversa located in the center. It is attached to a small 1/8" wide horizontal fillet on one side of the pattern and a vertical fillet and quarter circle on the opposite side, the rabbet for the panel on the back side measures 1/4" wide by 3/4" tall.
The present-day combined high-speed steel knives & profile template prices are listed below for quoting purposes. On the left set of blades, we utilize a full 2.375"/60mm cutter head for the rabbet; this allows for multiple axial adjustments on a wide range of patterns.
