Panel Mould 1-1/2" - 16

This stylish 1-1/2" - 16 panel mould measures 1.500" width by .875" thickness, requiring a 1-3/4" wide blank of five-quarter lumber for machining on an industrial moulder. The creative profile composes a 21/64" flat line above the 1/8" wide by 1/2" tall rabbet for the panel on the top left. It connects to a 15/32" cove attached to a 1/8" by 1/8" sunk fillet in the center, joined to a three tangent radius s-shaped curvature on the designs lower right corner.
