Panel Mould 1-1/2" - 14

This well-designed 1-1/2" - 14 panel mould measures 1.500" wide by 1.015" thickness. The profile is manufactured laying horizontally flat (sprung) out of four-quarter lumber to aid in holding down the product during the milling process and to save money on lumber costs. The milling dimensions are 1-47/64" wide by 9/16" thickness. The profile consists of a 7/16" wide half-round circle with an attached 1/16" wide horizontal line on top, connected to a two tangent radius cove in the middle with a 3/32" deep vertical step, joined to a 7/32" radius quarter-round bead in the lower portion of the design, the back side rabbet dimension is 1/4" wide by 3/4" tall.
