Panel Mould 1-1/2" - 12

This 1-1/2" - 12 bolection mould measures 1.500" wide by 1.125" thickness, enabling the use of five or six-quarter lumber for milling. The decorative profile consists of a 1/8" wide line segment with a 3/64" eased edge on the top left. That's connected to a two tangent radii thumbnail shaped convex arc in the center. Attached to another 1/8" full horizontal line with a 23/64" cove, leaving a 3/16" thickness dimension on the right side of the design. The backside rabbet measures 1/4" wide by 3/4" tall; this area is adjustable to any specific needs.
