Panel Mould 1-3/8" - 8

This unique panel mold 1-3/8" - 8, measures 1.375" width by 1.000" tall, requiring the use of five quarter lumber for milling on a commercial-grade molder. The bolection profile contains a three tangent radius elliptical half circle on the top left, tangent to a 17/64" concave semicircle with a small vertical step in the center. The remaining portion of the design consists of a 1/16" full fillet and a 5/16" broad, shallow congee with a 3/64" eased edge on the right corner of the pattern, the backside rabbet dimension is 5/16" across by 1/2" tall.
