Panel Mould 1-3/8" - 34

This attractive panel mould 1-3/8" - 34" measures 1.343" width by .875" thickness, requiring the use of a 1-5/8" wide blank of five-quarter lumber for machining on an industrial-grade molder. The custom profile contains an 11/64" cove joined to a tiny fillet positioned above the 1/2" wide by 3/8" rabbet for the panel on the top left. The small flat line connects to a 19/64" broad half-bead merged with a 3/8" cove that transitions into a 7/32" flat line with a 3/32" round corner on the right side of the design.
