This attractive panel molding 1-1/4" - 49 measures 1.250" width by 1.000" thickness, enabling a 1-1/2" wide blank of four-quarter lumber for milling on a commercial moulder. The profile comprises the following geometrical shapes and sizes, a 5/16" radius half-circle on the top left. The half bead connects to a 1/16" broad horizontal fillet merged with a 3/8" radius cove in the center. A 1/16" tall vertical fillet attaches to a 3/16" quarter round bead on the design's right side. The backside rabbet dimension is 1/2" tall by 5/16" wide.
