Panel Mould 1-1/4" - 43

This attractive panel mould 1-1/4" - 43 comprises a 21/32" broad half circle above the 1/2" wide x 3/8" deep rabbet for the panel on the top left. On the left set of blades, we utilize a full 2.375"/60mm cutter head for the rabbet; this allows for multiple axial adjustments on a wide range of patterns. It connects to a 1/8" fillet in the center with a two tangent radius s-shaped curvature on the design's right edge. The lovely profile measures 1.250" in width by .687" in thickness. The recommended rough wood rip size using four-quarter lumber is 1-1/2" wide. Caution: the blades will come within .020" of the machine bed plates when cutting this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these milling operations.
