This wave-like panel mould 1-1/4" - 4, measures 1.250" wide by 1.125" thickness, necessitating the use of five, or even six-quarter lumber for milling on a commercial-grade molder. The winding profile consists of a 3/8" radius convex arc on the top left, tangent to a 1/8" radius concave dip in the center. The middle connects to a 1/4" wide half-circle on the right side of the design. The back side rabbet measures 1/4" wide by 3/4" tall; the height is adjustable in size to accommodate any specific needs.
