Panel Moulding 1-3/16" - 3

This unique panel moulding measures 1-3/16" wide by 3/4" thickness, the profile is composed of a combination of half round bead, fillets, and cavetto or cove, the rabbet on the back side measures 13/16" wide by 3/8" tall. This detail is designed to be milled on the top and bottom horizontal spindles of and industrial style moulder, you will need to build up the last bottom bed plate to receive the product after machining ,this action will keep the moulding parallel to the bed plate while out feeding the lumber the the machinery.
