Panel Moulding 1-3/16" - 11

This Lovely Panel Moulding 1-3/16" - 11 measures 1.187" wide by .656" thickness with a .656" depth of cut on the top horizontal set of moulding cutters. Caution, the knives will come within .020" of the moulder bed plates when milling this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic or plastic sacrificial bed plate be used for these types of milling operations.

The functional profile is comprised of a 9/32" radius arc on top, flanked by 1/16" radius edge fillets, connected to a deep scotia that transitions into a 1/8" radius half round circle with a tapered 1/16" radius edge fillet on the thin side of the design. The backside rabbet measures 5/16" wide by 3/8" tall, both are included in the downloadable dxf file for your convenience.
