Panel Moulding 1-1/8" - 27

This stylish panel moulding 1-1/8" - 27 measures 1.125" in width by .625" in thickness, allowing 1-3/8" wide blanks of four-quarter lumber for machining with an industrial moulder. The custom pattern composes a 1/2" broad partial circle flanked by a 1/8" flat line on the left edge, above the 1/4" wide by 9/32" tall rabbet for the panel and a 1/16" fillet on the right. It connects to a 1/4" radius congee leaving a 1/8" thickness dimension on the right edge of the design.
