Panel Moulding 1-1/8" - 22

This Custom Panel Moulding 1-1/8" - 22 measures 1.125" wide by .563" thickness which also happens to be the depth of cut. The profile is comprised of a 1/2" wide half round circle attached to a 9/64" wide horizontal fillet that transitions into a shallow 1/2" radius cavetto connected to a small vertical fillet with a 15/64" radius quarter round located on the thin side of the design, the backside rabbet dimension is 3/8" wide by 5/16" tall. The professional cad produced dxf file contains two high precision moulding template designs to create moulder cutters for this small panel mould detail.
