Panel Mould 1-1/8"
This panel moulding 1-1/8" measures 1.125" wide by .812" thickness. The profile is comprised of a 7/16" wide half-round circle on top, flanked by 3/32" broad lines and a different-sized cove on each side with a 7/64" notched fillet on the slight edge of the design, the backside rabbet measures 1/4" wide by 3/8" tall.
Our profile designs include the required draft angles to maintain the ability to sharpen the knives properly without modifying the detail while prolonging the milling time between sharpening. Whether you own a Weinig, Wadkin, Leadermac, SCM, Diehl, or Kentwood moulder, our patterns will mill flawlessly on them all.
