Panel Mould 1-1/16" - 3

This decorative panel mould 1-1/16" - 3 comprises the following sequence of geometrical shapes. A 1/8" radius cove on the outer edge, attached to a 3/32" wide horizontal line that transitions into a cyma reversa in the center. It's connected to a vertical line and a 3/16" quarter circle on the design's right edge. The back side rabbet measures 1/4" tall by 1/4" wide but can be adjusted axially to your specific requirements. The detail measures 1.062" wide by .625" tall. The recommended rough wood rip size using four-quarter lumber is 1-5/16" wide.

Caution: the knives will come within .020" of the machine bed plates when cutting this detail. We recommend a wooden, phenolic, or plastic sacrificial bed plate for these milling operations.
