Panel Moulding 1" - 23

This decorative cabinet door panel moulding 1" - 23 measures 1.000" wide by .687" thickness, permitting the pattern to be milled out of four quarter lumber. The embellishing profile is comprised of a 17/32" wide semicircular arc on the top left, attached to a 3/32" wide horizontal line segment joined to a 1/4" cove in the center, joined to a 1/8" wide by 1/16" deep slightly obtuse notch leaving a 1/8" thickness dimension on the right side of the design. The backside rabbet dimension is 5/16" wide by 1/2" tall, the height of the plow can be altered with a simple axial adjustment of the left cutter head on the moulder. We offer an alternative pattern in the same width but with different inner dimensions for your review and consideration, panel moulding 1.000" - 20.
