Panel Mould 1" - 12

This small 1" - 12 bolection mould measures 1.000" wide by .750" thickness, allowing the use of four-quarter lumber for milling. The beautifully simplistic profile comprises a 1/4" wide by 3/8" tall rabbet for the panel on the bottom left. The top consists of a 3/16" broad horizontal line at a 5/8" thickness dimension on the left, connected to a 3/16" convex arc tangent to a steep down-sloping angled line joined to a 7/32" concave semicircle leaving a 1/4" thickness dimension on the right side of the design.
