WM 618 Baseboard/Ogee 9/16" - 3

The profile comprises a 3/16" tall vertical fillet at the bottom right corner. It attaches to two 7/16" radius semicircular arcs tangent to one another, creating a 5/8" wide ogee in the center with a 3/32" tall vertical fillet at the top. This WM 618 baseboard pattern is 9/16" - 3 measures .563" in thickness, and the width is adjustable to any desired size. The suggested rough wood rip size using four-quarter lumber is 1/4" larger in width than the sought-after milled dimension. The same set of knives can be used to manufacture WM 618 (9/16" x 5-1/4"), WM 620 (9/16" x 4-1/4"), WM 622 (9/16" x 3-1/2"), WM 623 (9/16" x 3-1/4"), WM 624 (9/16" x 3"), and so many more combinations of width and thickness by simple axial and radial adjustments on the vertical cutter heads.
