WM 632 Baseboard/Ogee 1/2" - 4

The profile comprises a 3/16" tall vertical fillet at the bottom right corner. It attaches to two-tangent 1/2" radius arcs creating a 5/8" wide cyma reversa in the center, joined to a 3/32" tall vertical fillet at the top. This WM 632 baseboard pattern 1/2" - 4 measures .500" in thickness, and the width is adjustable to any desired size within the parameters of the machinery used to cut the pattern. The recommended rough wood rip size using four-quarter lumber is 1/4" wider than the milling width. The same set of knives get used to manufacture WM 632 (1/2" x 3-1/2"), WM 633 (1/2" x 3-1/4"), and WM 634 (1/2" x 3"). There are many more combinations of width and thickness with simple axial and radial adjustments on the vertical cutter heads on the machinery.
