Nosing 7/16" - 1

This small nosing 7/16" - 1 measures .437" wide by .375" thickness, the milling dimension is 1.031" wide, and the rough lumber size is 1.312" wide allowing the detail to be milled from four-quarter lumber. The tiny decorative profile is composed of a 1/4" wide half round bead on top, joined to a 1/16" wide line segment in the center with a 1/8" radius cove leaving a 3/32" thickness dimension on the thin side of the pattern. Utilize fall-off rips of lumber while doubling production in half the amount of time with this unique split two custom nosing profile.
