Nosing 1/4" - 1

This small attractive nosing 1/4" - 1 measure .250" thickness, and width can be machined to any desired size within the limits of the moachinery used to cut the detail. The thin design comprises a 7/32" tall bullnose circle with a 3/64" vertical line segment at the bottom of the pattern. The molder operator should pay attention to the thickness of the machine's guide fence; you wouldn't want the pressure shoe on the molder bottoming out on the guide fence, it will lead to chatter in the finished product, you may want to use a thinner fence to mill this detail.
