This hefty 5-1/2" - 2 nosing measures 5.500" wide by 1.750" thickness, allowing the pattern to be milled from eight-quarter lumber. The beefy profile retains a double 3/8" eased edges on the front right side, the bottom is plowed 5/8" deep by 4" long and the back edge has a 3/16" radius which is rabbeted 3/8" wide by 7/8" tall.
