This countertop nosing 2-7/8" measures 2.875" wide by 2.218" thickness. The profile comprises a 1-1/2" half-round circle with a 1/4" tall vertical fillet and a 15/32" wide cavetto on the bottom. The rabbet on the opposite side measures 1-1/4" wide by 1-11/16" tall. While manufacturing this pattern, the profile is upside down and milled on the right vertical cutter head; the rabbet is machined on the left cutter head.
