Nosing 2-1/2" - 5

This stepped nosing 2-1/2" - 5 measures 2.500" width by 1.125" thickness, enabling the use of 2-3/4" wide blanks of five or six-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial molder. The bullnose profile composes a 3/4" broad elongated half circle on the top left. The half-round connects to a one-inch wide flat line with a 3/8" vertical step attached to a 3/4" horizontal line leaving a 1/4" thickness dimension on the design's right side. All the corners where the lines meet retain a 1/16" radius round-over.
