Nosing 2-1/4" - 6

This extensive nosing 2-1/4" - 6 measures 2.250" wide by 1.750" thickness. The design consist of an elliptical-shaped arc flanked by a 3/32" and a 1/4" wide fillet in the upper portion with a 3/4" radius cove in the lower part. Because the profile is so large, we have designed the knives to be milled on two different sets of blades, the cavetto with an attached vertical fillet is milled on the left spindle, and the remaining portion is milled on the top horizontal cutter head.
