Nosing 2" - 8

This custom nosing 2" - 8 measures 2.000" wide by 1.062" thickness. The stylish pattern will require five-quarter lumber to properly mill this detail on an industrial moulder. The profile comprises a two-tangent radius half-round circle connected to a 1/4" broad straight line that transitions into a 37/64" radius cavetto/cove leaving 5/32" thickness on the thin side of the profile. All moulding knife template designs have a ten-millimetre (.394") axial constant position to increase accuracy and reduce moulder setup time throughout production.
