This decorative nosing 2" - 21 measures 2.000" width by 1.125" thickness, requiring the use of a 2-1/4" wide blank of five or six-quarter lumber for milling on an industrial molder. The stylish profile contains a 13/16" broad bullnose on the top left. The convex half-circle connects to a 7/16" flat line segment with a 1/8" vertical drop in the center. The remaining portion consists of a 3/4" radius convex arc tangent to a 9/16" concave semicircle forming the ogee, leaving a 5/32" thickness dimension on the design's right side.
