Nosing 2" - 1

This custom nosing 2" - 1 measure 2.000" wide by 1.000" thickness requiring five-quarter lumber to mill this pattern on an industrial molder. The elegant, prestigious profile is comprised of a 3/4" wide half-round circle on the left side, connected to a 3/16" wide by 3/32" deep step that transitions into a two tangent radius cyma reversa, joined to an 11/32" wide half round bead with a 1/8" wide horizontal line on the right side of the design.

Our acrylic templates provide good blend areas on the knives, so you will never realize where one cutter begins or ends; these specific design features will substantially increase yield during the milling process.
